Item 5.02 Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers.
On October 12, 2021, Jody Markopoulos informed Eos Energy Enterprises, Inc. (the “Company”) of her intention to resign as Chief Operating Officer, effective November 12, 2021. During the transition period, Mrs. Markopoulos will continue performing her duties and assist the Company in a search for a successor. Mrs. Markopoulos's resignation does not involve any disagreement on any matter relating to the operations, policies or practices of the Company, the Board of Directors or any committee of the Board of Directors.
