Item 5.02Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers.

 

Resignation of Chief Accounting Officer

 

On March 24, 2023, John Tedone informed Eos Energy Enterprises, Inc. (the “Company”) of his decision to resign from his position as Chief Accounting Officer of the Company effective April 21, 2023. Mr. Tedone’s decision to resign was due to personal reasons and not as a result of any disagreement with the Company on any matter relating to its operations, policies or practices.

 

After Mr. Tedone leaves the Company, Nathan Kroeker, the Company’s Chief Financial Officer, will also serve as the Chief Accounting Officer for an interim period until a replacement is hired.
